FRANCESCO TARCHI

Francesco Tarchi was born in Florence in 1968.

In 1990 graduated in violin from the Conservatorio “Cherubini ” of Florence, he then continued his studies in Geneva and Biella (“Lorenzo Perosi” Academy) with Corrado Romano (pupil to Carl Flesch) graduating with vote “Excellent”.

In 2004 he recorded a CD with Haendel, Beethoven and Brahms Sonatas.

He has played for three years in the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Orchestra, He had the chance to observe at close quarters many masterpieces of Italian violin making :Stradivari , Guarneri and Guadagnini as played by soloists like Vengherov, Mullova, Rachlin, Repin, Ughi, Belkin
