Hugo Vegter has been active in Cork and its environs since 1989. In 2014 Vegter Violins was established and joined forces with Patterson Violins in the Cork city studio workshop at Camden House, Camden Quay – directly across the river Lee from the Cork Opera House.

We have an on-site showroom that has over 50 different instruments available for sale, with just as many bows for Violin, Viola and Violoncello. For viewing and trying out instruments we advise customers to make an appointment in advance so that we can ensure that the instruments required for the desired price range are in situ for the required day.
