Born in Zurich in 1991, I followed the call of the mountains of Bavaria in 2011. Until 2014 I completed my training at the state vocational school for musical instrument making in Mittenwald .
In addition to internships in Bülach, Cremona, Lyon and Naples, I have already worked in various studios in Switzerland. For example in Michael Rhonheimer’s violin making studio in Baden and at Schranz Geigenbau in Thun. Since 2020 I have been working 60% at Caraballo Geigenbau AG in Winterthur.
In my studio I mainly focus on creating new instruments. With Italian roots, ideas often sprout! I am characterized by curiosity, inventiveness and a creative drive. Classic role models shape my way of working and encourage me to go my own way without wanting to copy them. My goal is to build characterful instruments in my own style.
