JULIAN PINDAR

Julian graduated from Merton College, London taking pride in all aspects of his job, from fitting student instruments & encouraging the next generation, to handling masterpieces & family heirlooms. He has a background in the performing arts having studied at Guildhall School of Music & Drama having the privilege of working on many instruments for both students & professors. He continues to perfect his craft by organising/attending workshops & seminars with internationally renowned makers & repairers. Julian travels to China advising workshops & factories on instrument making & quality control. He joined the BVMA committee in 2018 as the advertising & marketing manager and now is also BVMA Secretary. He has built a successful repair & sale business since 2000 in the Surrey area & his workshop is nestled on the beautiful Epsom & Ashtead Commons. His workshop is walking distance from Ashtead Train station with routes to Waterloo and Victoria & close by to the M25 Leatherhead Junction 9.
