Fiolinmaker Christer Skog is trained as a violin teacher at Örebro Musikpedagogiska Institut, Sweden. Five years as orchestra musician at Stora Teatern, Gothenburg, and the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra. Has also played a part baroque violin, including the Norwegian Baroque Orchestra. Four years of training as a violin maker at Hantverket folkhögskola, Leksand, Sweden. Swedish master craftsman. In 1986 opened the violin maker workshop on Møllenberg in Trondheim. In 1995 moved the operation to Fjordgata, and now run workshops and special business for Strings in Olavskvartalet, Trondheim musical venue.
