ATELIER DESMARCHELIER LA CANU

Since 2004, the Desmarchelier-Le Canu violin and bow making workshop has been located in the heart of old Lille, 300 meters from the Conservatoire and 600 meters from the train stations, in the center of the city’s busiest historic district. Our workshop is made up of 2 co-managers: Mrs. Juliette DESMARCHELIER, luthier and Mr. Yannick LE CANU, bow maker, supported by three assistants in lutherie and bow making and an administrative assistant. We share the same passion associated with meticulousness for this profession, for music, and bring particular attention to each instrument and bow.
