Franco Simeoni and ‘born in Treviso in 1958.
After earning a maturity’ scientific, worked in the workshop of luthier Fabrizio Reginato, near Asolo where he began “to shop” his first apprenticeship especially in the construction of Renaissance and Baroque instruments , mostly commissioned by the “Schola Cantorum” in Basel.
Three years later, he and ‘went to Cremona for the specific study of the violin that was proving to be the most’ interesting for him, working with the violin maker Gregg Alf, and many more active in Cremona at the time.
She devoted herself to the study of ancient violins of different schools, often going abroad where he worked with many luthiers, including H. Kessler Stuttgart, K. Grunke of Bubenroit, C. Beare of London.
